Michael stated that he "kind of" knows what drugs are. He stated that he has not seen anyone using drugs in the home but that he has seen cigarettes being smoked. Michael does not know what alcohol is and says that during dinner everyone drinks coke, water, or juice. He stated that he has never been left at home alone by himself overnight or during the day. He says that after he gets off the school bus each daily, his grandmother and aunt are home waiting for him. Michael does know all the parts of his body and stated that he has never been touched inappropriately.
Regarding the allegations, Michael stated that on Fathers Day they went to the park and came back late. He stated that his mother took them to his grandmother's house and asked them to get out of the car. Michael states that his mother told them that if no one is home call someone to pick you up and then drove off. He states that they sat outside waiting fonr their grandmother to get home. He states that he had shoes on when he excited the car but no additional clothing. Photo was taken of the child.
